A 30-year member and former Chief of the Westhampton Beach Fire Department, Billy has led teams through high-stakes situations with confidence and clarity — the same standard he brings to every property under Bullman's care.
His leadership extends well beyond emergency service. Sworn in as President of the Westhampton Rotary Club for the 2024–2025 Rotary year and continuing to serve in that role today, Billy leads a chapter chartered in 1953 — guiding its annual golf outing, spaghetti dinner, and ongoing fundraising efforts that fund scholarships and charitable works across the East End. His commitment to philanthropy and community development runs deep, and rooted in a proud family business background, he brings a strong sense of legacy and responsibility to everything he does.
